- Review and be aware of VIP arrivals
- Ensure appropriate room allocation for VIP guests to meet their preferences
- Receive, check in & check out all VIP guests in accordance with Front Office standards
- Escort hotel guests to their rooms explaining and promoting all facilities and services.
- Continually monitors guest satisfaction
- Attend to enquiries, requests and complaints promptly
- Prepare welcome letters for VIP guests
- Check VIP rooms to ensure correct amenities are in place
- Update and maintain guest history and remarks
- Assist with organization and attendance at Cocktail Parties
- Promote Intercontinental Ambassador membership to meet hotel goals
- Maximize revenue by selling and promoting rooms to hotel guests
- Liaise with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage on all aspects of the rooms
- Assist in meeting goals and budgets
- Direct and support VIP Waiters and Key Maids
- Maintain the buffet area in line with standards
- Maintain the supplies and appearance in line with standards
- Undertake guest entertaining as required
