Job Description

 Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Retail section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

 Ensures growth of the customer base and enhance the penetration the Retail market

 Communicates with key customers, regarding any issues they may have, ensuring prompt and quick solutions to their satisfaction

 Analysis the need for expansion and new branches based on basic market data related to demand and supply in key segments

 Manages the day-to-day operations of the respective branches by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives, and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment Liaises with branch managers on a regular basis in order to ensure that all operations requirements are in place, thus ensuring service quality and meeting of sales targets Assesses the infrastructure requirements and facilities for branches to ensure that the branches are equipped to operate effectively on a day to day basis
 Negotiates with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, and educational institutes to agree on pricings, commissions, etc.  Supervises the activities and work of subordinates by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual targets
