Day- to-day operations
Participates in all activities related to the process of rooming hotel guests.
Provide a courteous welcome upon check in.
Implement and coordinate room assignment with concerned Front Office sections and other hotel departments.
Advises all guests of their room numbers and room rates.
Promotes hotel facilities efficiently.
Handles complaints with immediate action and thorough follow yup.
Handles guest needs, inquiries and requests promptly.
Follows billing instructions.
Makes the room status accurate and clear.
Makes necessary arrangements for group and crew check in.
Maintains usage of registration cards.
Acts as a sales person in order to maximize room revenue.
Establishes effective employee relations with colleagues.
Complies with hotels Health, Safety and hygiene policy.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
