§ Evaluate and report sales performance to the General Manager , taking corrective actions if necessary to ensure actual sales in line with the projected sales.
§ Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
§ Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
§ Drive new business progression & growth through the management and maintenance of new business pipeline
§ Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations;
§ Constantly motivating the team to achieve their targets and ensure company profitability.
§ Meeting regularly with team to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work;
§ Develop and solicit business from all markets to ensure the necessary targets are met
§ Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
§ Effectively deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact and diplomacy and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
§ Update and maintain a territory database of potential customers using the Lead Tracker
§ Resolve complex service issues promptly and effectively with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
