المهارات المطلوبة

1. To present a good image by providing a courteous and professional service and by handling guest enquiries graciously and efficiently.

2. To understand thoroughly and to adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, which include policies and cash handling responsibilities

3. To be responsible for all issued funds, collections, tips, etc., in short, for all monies which are handled by cashier during the course of a day.

4. To sign on with / off from the personal computer access code.

5. To input accurately all food and beverage sales into the pre-checking terminals.

6. To obtain and account for the correct settlement of all sales.

7. To post promptly all charges to in-house guest folios, after having ensured that the guest's signature is legible and the appropriate one.

8. To account for all guest checks - those used during the shift. Those remaining and those voided.

9. To handle voiding. Correcting. Changing of restaurant checks in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

11. To handle payments by credit cards in accordance with prescribed procedures.

12. To pay out and/or account for tips. If this is customary or so required by law.

13. To balance the day's transactions to computer print-outs at the end of the shift.

14. To identify and correct any errors; each shift must balance.

16. To enclose balanced remittances. Including credit cards (batched by company) and the cashiers report in the provided envelope and deposit it in the drop-safe.

17. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

18. To provide courteous and professional service at all' times and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues.

19. To be fully aware of the hotel's policies and procedures and to adhere to them.

20. To have a complete understanding of the hotel's employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained therein.

21. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

22. To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the hotel.
