Types and sends reports, memos, telexes, faxes as directed.
Is fully aware of the contents of the Sales & Marketing Operational Guidelines.
Takes and passes on telephone messages for personnel in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Prepares various reports such as but not limited to, Room Nights usage by L. C. R. companies, Geographical Analysis, Sales Reports weekly and monthly.
Ensures sales call frequency chart is kept up-to-date.
Provides Director of Sales with daily, weekly and monthly list of follow up items.
Assists, whenever requested, the Sales Services Coordinator.
Prepares all Pre and Post Trip Reports plus sets up appointments, Airline reservations and T.E.R. requirements.
Maintains files in the Sales and Marketing Department and keeps them updated on a regular basis.
Files correspondence and ensures correspondence which requires answers are dealt with immediately.
Deals with routine correspondence within 24 hours of arrival in the Hotel.
Complies with Hotel's Health, Safety & Hygiene policy.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Complies with all requirements of the Sales and Marketing
